Rio Clarito is a concept whose meaning and purpose are continually evolving, as we explore new environmentally sensible solutions. And laboring in the name of creative innovation and flexibility will always be an important main goal.

  • CADXACT - A combination of CAD-CAM and Hand Crafting. Using ArtiosCAD and other powerful graphics programs, we offer skills and extensive experience with traditional methods, combined with CAD- to enhance your renderings and prototypes. You will also get a reliable repertoire of carton styles, and experience with many substrates.  You will find that our work methods combine efficiently with your CAD table…and with all the rest of the production that follows!

  • ACCUDIJ – Rio Clarito’s own special technique for the vectorization of free-form bitmap images. This method features fewer, less choppy breaks- while yielding much faster, cleaner tool paths. For super-clean vectorization… call us!

  • EMBOSSING – actual hard copy Hand Embossing of vector images using our Accudij and Cadxact techniques. Use on business cards, brochures, etc. Contact us for details.

  • 3-D RENDERED depictions of Logos or Illustrative elements

  • SUPER BOOKLET – Let’s tell your story… in a unique book-format brochure. We will even help you WRITE it!

Ad agency and packaging folks, especially- will appreciate our hands-on experience in package design, model-making, and exhibit/display design.  Companies do have their own design department, but when you need sampling, prototyping, or skilled structural design help, you can count on our packaging industry know-how and repertoire of Carton styles as well as familiarity with materials such as Paperboard, Corrugated, Packaging Foams, Coroplast, and clear PVC cartons.

And, YES- we combine ArtiosCAD with handcrafting… sometimes you need both!

One other thought… for those who are concerned about proprietary or trade secret information, our professional and personal philosophy is: If you don’t have integrity- you don’t have anything!

Note the designs shown in “The Gallery of what can be” are presented as plain, unprinted samples. This is how they would appear in the earlier stages of the design process.  We believe there are other places in which “success story” photos can appear, so the emphasis on this site will be: new possibilities. Please see the section entitled “Gallery of what can be”.

However, we are happy to show portfolio samples privately by appointment  Ready to assist in any stage of the process, my goal is to both help you get new customers… and keep existing ones!
